I'm a Texas REALTOR® and commercial real estate advisor serving investors and business owners throughout the Central Texas Austin–San Antonio corridor. I've been licensed since 2005, and I bring that experience — along with real investment property knowledge and a genuine commitment to client advocacy — to every transaction I take on.
Through James Chapa Group, I specialize in helping multifamily investors acquire, sell, and strategically scale their portfolios. A lot of my work is with growth-minded owners who are ready to move from smaller holdings into larger multifamily assets, and I help them think through that transition step by step.
I also advise retail and restaurant operators on site selection, leasing, acquisitions, and the other real estate decisions that support long-term business growth.
